Show ‘n’ Shine – 25 Feb 2017

Show ‘n’ Shine – 25 Feb 2017

The Veterans Motorcycle Club Federal Chapter has raised in excess of $140,000 for various veteran and community based charities over the last fourteen years. Funds raised have enabled substantial donations to Prostate Cancer research, MS Australia, the Snowy Hydro South Care Service, local regional hospitals and numerous other charities and causes.

On 25 February 2017, the Veterans Motorcycle Club Federal Chapter intend to hold its first ‘Show & Shine’ event at our club house facility located at Sieffert Oval (Main Car Park), Queanbeyan in order to continue our aim to raise money for the various charities and organisations we have been supporting over the years.

Gates open from 10.00am to 6.00pm with a Gold Coin Donation for Walk-In Entry or $5 per car into the venue for the general public.  There will be music, raffles, food stalls, drink stalls, boot sales and other supporting businesses all contributing for a great day.

Of course there is the main event of the ‘Show & Shine’ for any style of motorcycle in the following categories:

  • Best Euro
  • Best American
  • Best Japanese
  • Best Vespa/Scooter
  • Best Women’s
  • Best Custom/Chopper

There is also the Overall Peoples Choice Award – Vote YOUR choice for best bike on the day.

PRIZES

Each category will judged, a winner declared and presented trophy award.

The Overall Peoples Choice Award will be voted by the public by ballot.  All entrants have a chance to win $500 cash and be presented the VMC Federal Show & Shine 2017 Peoples Choice Award trophy.

We are looking forward to another successful charity event, and again sincerely thank you for your support.
